  • Refunds are granted under specific conditions as outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted within the designated timeframe and are subject to review and approval by Become A Skiller.

2. Refund Eligibility
  • Courses and Training Programs:
    • If a student withdraws from a course before it begins, a full refund may be issued.

    • If a student withdraws within the first 7 days after the course start date, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered.

    • No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the start date of the course.

    • If the course is canceled by Become A Skiller or the trainer, a full refund will be issued to enrolled students.

  • Content and Digital Products:
    • Digital content (e.g., e-books, downloadable materials) is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

    • Refunds for faulty or unusable content may be issued upon verification by Become A Skiller.

  • Hiring and Employment Services:
    • Fees related to hiring and employment services (e.g., job postings, candidate shortlisting) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

    • Refunds may be considered only if the service was not delivered as described on our platform.

3. Refund Process
  • To request a refund, users must contact our support team at support@becomeaskiller.com and provide details such as the order number, reason for the refund request, and any other relevant information.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

4. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Services
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, including personalized training, private tutoring, and promotional offers, are non-refundable.

  • Late Refund Requests: Refund requests submitted after the specified period will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Improper Use: Refunds will not be granted in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
